DESCRIPTION

Thermo block in production process contains easily combustible additives, the combustion of which creates small cavities (pores) in the block, which give the block exceptional thermal insulation properties. These properties affect both the reduced consumption of thermal energy during the winter and the reduced heating of buildings during the hot summer months . In addition to excellent thermal insulation properties, thermal blocks , thanks to their porosity, have a lighter mass which greatly facilitates the manipulation of blocks on the construction site. Thermo blocks are produced in large dimensions compared to classic clay products and resulting in smaller consumption of blocks per m2 , smaller consumption of mortar and time savings during construction. At the same time, thick external walls ensure good sound insulation. From a construction-biological point of view, the thermo block is an ideal product because it is made exclusively of natural materials (clay and sawdust), without any synthetic additives. Modern technology minimizes the emission of harmful particles and reduces energy consumption. Thermal blocks are produced entirely in the European way and ensure healthy living and a pleasant climate.
