Oleg Uskoković, Member of the supervisory board

Oleg Uskoković was born in 1966. In 1994 he graduated from Faculty of Law at Zagreb University as a law graduate. Oleg Uskoković has more than 20 years of professional experience. He is  a partner at law firm Uskoković i partneri d.o.o.
His experience and professional competences refer to law that is important for corporate clients (e.g. corporate and commercial law, finances, arbitrage and law suits, labour law etc). In the last 17 years he has structured, implemented and /or provided overall legal support for substantial number of acquisitions, mergers, divisions and equity increase, joint ventures, investments, restructuring, public tenders, legal due diligence, issue of securities, and wide range of contracts, litigations and arbitration proceedings.
Oleg Uskoković is a member of the Supervisory Board of NEXE d.d. Našice, Medika d.d. Zagreb, Atlantska plovidba d.d. Dubrovnik and PBZ invest d.o.o. Zagreb.
