Oto Ostović, Deputy chairman of the supervisory Board

Oto Ostović was born in 1955 in Feričanci. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Zagreb in 1980. After employment in RZ "Đuro Đaković" Slavonski Brod and the Center for Education and Oriented Education "August Cesarec" Našice, in early 1989 he was employed in Slavonija IGM d.d. Našice, a member of the NEXE Group.
He came to Cement factory Našice  in 1992 to work as an electrical engineer in the Development and Technical Service, and from 1994 to 1998 he was the head of the Power Engineering Department, after which he held the position of director of Slavonija IGM d.d. Našice till 2000. From 1 May 2000 to 31 August 2003 he held the position of director of Production and Technical  Affairs Sector at Našicecement  d.d.
From 1 September 2003 he was employed in  NEXE Group  as a senior advisor for technical affairs, and from 1 September 2005 until the new appointment, he is the director of the Cement, Lime, Concrete and Aggregate Division and the general manager of Našicecement d.d. By appointing a three-member  Board of Našicecement d.d. on 1 October 2015, he was appointed president of the Board of Našicecement d.d. which function he holds until 31 October 2019. At the same time, from 1 November 2008  to 31 October 2019 he was a member of the Board of Nexe grupa d.d. Našice.
From 1 November 2019 till 31 January 2023  he held the position of an advisor to the president of the Board of NEXE Group. From 3 March 2020 he has been  a deputy president of the Supervisory Board of NEXE d.d.
