A systematic approach to leading and managing processes is the way we ensure the realization of our mission and vision and our strategic goals. By introducing and maintaining certified management systems, we take care of our social responsibility.
The quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard is a basic system to which other management systems can be upgraded. The first certified company is NEXE d.d. with the date of the first approval of 3 March 2000. Other companies of the Group were certified in 2008 in a single management system, and the transition to the new edition of the standard from 2015 was carried out in July 2018. This long-standing certification demonstrates our commitment to a systematic approach.

Polet – keramika d.o.o. Novi Bečej (development, production and sale of ceramic tiles),
Tvornica opeke d.o.o. Sarajevo (development, production and sale of hollow clay elements)
Nexe beton d.o.o., Novi Sad (development, production and delivery of Ready Mix concrete)
Nexe beton d.o.o., Sarajevo (development, production and delivery of Ready Mix concrete)
Environmental management system according to standard ISO 14001 was introduced and certified in Našicecement d.d. in 2004. In July 2018 we successfully converted to new standard from 2015. Other companies in the Group have environmental management system, although not certified.
Occupational health and safety management system according to standard OHSAS 18001:2007 was introduced and certified only in NEXE d.d. in2009. Same as environmental management system, application experience is used in other companies in the Group.
NEXE d.d. and Dilj d.o.o., as "large companies", with energy-intensive production processes, decided to introduce ISO 50001 as a step further in their business and a logical upgrade of existing management systems. Certification in NEXE d.d. was implemented in 2016, and in Dilj in 2017. In 2020, both companies made the transition to the new edition of the 2018 standard.
