Ivan Ergović, Advisor to the Board of  NEXE d.d.

Ivan Ergović graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture  in Zagreb. He started his business journey in NEXE Group in 1983 and since then, by investing his knowledge and experience, he contributed to the development of the company, which under his leadership overcame numerous challenges and became a recognized regional manufacturer of construction materials. At the end of 2024, he transfered from the position of President of the  Board of NEXE d.d. to the position of advisor to the Board of NEXE d.d. thereby leaving the management of NEXE Group to the younger generations. His considerable experience gained in more than 40 years of work and management of the company is an immense support for the work of the Board in achieving the business and strategic goals of NEXE Group.

From 2001 until 2008 he was a member of Executive Board of Croatian Employers’ Association and from 2008 until  2011 a member of Members’ Council of the Association. From February 2011 until the end of May 2012 he was a President of Executive Board of Croatian Employers’ Association. He is a member of Council of Croatian Employers' Association.
