Ivan Gerovac, Member of the supervisory board
Ivan Gerovac graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and he obtained the title of Master of Science at the University of Rijeka.
He spent his entire working life in banking at Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., but in very different fields of work - corporate lending, investment banking, foreign exchange operations, bank restructuring, treasury operations, accounting and controlling. He held responsible management functions in the Bank - from executive director, assistant general director, authorized person for restructuring the bank, to member of the Management Board. He ended his banking career as a member of the Management Board in charge of working with large companies, foreign exchange operations and investment banking.
In addition to holding positions in Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., during the last thirty years he was also a member of numerous supervisory boards in the fields of industry, tourism and trade. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of NEXE d.d. from 2022.
