Ivana Čehulić, Member of the board

Ivana Čehulić  graduated from the  Faculty of Economics in Zagreb at the study of Business Economics, where she also completed postgraduate studies: Quality management. She also attended a number of domestic and foreign educations in the field of financial management, and successfully completed the "Oxford Finance and Corporate Governance Program" at the SAID Business School at the University of Oxford.

Her career started in company Hrvatske autoceste where she was promoted to the head of Independent Department for Economy and Finances responsible for company's liquidity and cash flow management. At this position she cooperated with banks, audit companies and other financial institutions. In 2014 she moved to company Tokić d.o.o. to position of financial director.  From June 2019 she also worked as a member of the Board of company Autocentar Marinići d.o.o. and from July 2019 as director of company Tokić d.o.o. Slovenia as well.

In 2020 she joined NEXE Group as a member of the Board for finance. She is responsible for the area of ​​finance, controlling, treasury and accounting, as well as business risk management at the NEXE Group level. Movements on the financial and EU ETS market, monetary policy of central banks and challenges in the CEE region, climate transition and its challenges, as well as the impact of inflationary trends on the green and energy transition of companies are special areas of her interest in the context of achieving the strategic goals of NEXE Group.
