Željko Lukač, President of the Supervisory Board of  NEXE d.d.

Željko Lukač graduated from Mary Hardin Baylor University in Belton, Texas, after which he received his bachelor's and master's degrees in business management (MBA) from the University of Texas in Austin. In 2003, together with his partners, he founded and managed the first Croatian private equity fund - Questus Private Equity Kapital. He gained his considerable experience in the field of financial operations, and a large part of that experience was gained through work at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he was responsible for various credit projects and equity investments in the sectors of construction materials, food industry, tourism and pharmaceutical industry.

In addition to the position of the President of the Supervisory Board of NEXE d.d. which he has held for many years, Željko Lukač performs management functions in a number of other companies.
